Parker Data and Voice is closely monitoring information from our industry partners, clients, the CDC (Centers for Disease Control) as well as federal, state and local officials in response to the COVID-19 ("coronavirus") outbreak. This web page is designed to provide information and updates to Parker Data Voice clients, partners, public and community agencies on our operational status and will be updated frequently as more information becomes available.
The health and wellness of our staff, families, clients and friends is of utmost importance as we navigate through this unusual time. We have implemented recommended procedures to help maintain a safe environment for our staff and for those who visit our offices. At the present time, our office at 96 FM 2550 Rd. Huntsville, TX 77320 is functioning with critical staff only and our support team is working remotely. In addition, we are closed to visitors with the exception of critical services such as shipping services. As we are considered a "critical infrastructure" business we are taking a very conservative approach to any onsite services in favor of remote support. As the large majority of our clients are in our hosted environments, we are 100% fully operational and all of our hosted systems are online and functioning normally enabling all of our client users to work remotely.
"Social Distancing" is strongly encouraged and when possible, meetings should take place via MS Teams, Zoom, other web-based collaboration tools, or over the phone. Our support tools enable us to communicate, remotely support, and collaborate with end-users so that we continue meeting and exceeding our client's needs. We must all do our part to prevent the spread of COVID-19, so our organization has made the deliberate decision to discontinue regular onsite services except on an emergency basis only.
